The New Cooperator Scholarship program is an opportunity for emerging cooperators interested in broadening their understanding of cooperatives to attend the 2021 Cooperative IMPACT Conference, hosted by NCBA CLUSA, and related programming. Those awarded scholarships will have their virtual conference attendance fee and related programming fees fully covered.

Who should apply:

  • Individuals new to their careers in cooperatives and/or associated governmental, academic, development and support service organizations (4 years or less); 
  • Who are interested in learning more about cooperatives; and
  • Have financial need.

Candidates will be selected according to the criteria above as well as considerations to promote co-op sectoral, racial, gender, and geographic diversity.
